Houston’s newborn photo shoot

 

I’ve yet to find the time to write about the most amazing past 10 days of my son’s life, but I plan to… along with a 100 other things that are building up on my to-do list!

Until then, enjoy a sneak peek of just a few shots from Houston’s newborn photo shoot on his fourth day of life. Robin did an amazing job and I can’t wait to share the rest with you!

    Such a sweetie!! Is your photographer a local Lex gal? We did not do newborn pics with C but would LOVE to find someone to do newborn pictures of the twins- and since they are due in about 3 weeks I guess I should get on finding someone! :)

    Wow!! As a photographer, it takes a special person to capture such emotion! You are so lucky to have found one. Those pictures will be gracing a few walls in your house and the grandparents :) Happy to hear life is good and you're enjoying every second! Keep the pictures coming.

    OH MY GOODNESS Stephanie! These are THE most adorable baby pictures ever! He's so handsome---and at only 4 days too! Usually babies need a few weeks to look normal but yours...he's precious and such a beaut! :) No surprise though--he's got such gorgeous parents!!

    Enjoy every moment. Mine is already 10 months old and the time has just FLOWN.

    Please take out those crib bumpers! The more research they do the more they find that they're not only unnecessary, but can suffocate children! He's a beautiful little boy, and you obviously adore him to the moon and back. It's the safer choice.

    Anonymous - thanks for your concern but he's not even sleeping in the crib yet and probably won't for a few more months. He is in a bassinet in our room. When he does move to his room, I already have breathable mesh crib bumpers to replace those. They are just for looks. Thanks!
