Worked a 4 day week so I'm off today, DEEP cleaning this house and decorating for fall. The puppy will be getting a much needed bath later so he's nice and clean to go stay with his grammy and pop-pop this weekend while Nick and I head to Lexington. Thanks Mom and Dad for the puppy-sitting!
We will be staying with my sister and bub-in-law in Richmond but spending most of our waking time in Lexington. Nick will be taking the GMAT Saturday morning, which he needs to get into grad school at UK for his MBA in business next fall. Hopefully, while he's concentrating hard, I'll be finding lots of great deals on clothes, shoes, accessories and more clothes. I know he'll be relieved to stop studying for this thing and finally be able to do something else a bit more fun after work instead of being nose deep in a snooze-fest of a book.
Saturday night we're heading to Comedy Off Broadway to see Jon Reep (he won last comic standing one year - I don't really expect you to know who he is). But he is very funny and I'm sure we'll have a great time. I'm loving this married life and totally ready for this fall weather.
I'm off to finish my very long to-do list. Have a very sweet weekend, everyone!
