A few weeks ago, a few friends of mine threw Houston and I the most creative shower. I would have never imagined a group of girls having the loveliest time together at a baseball themed party, but that was exactly what happened =)
We spent the evening doing what we do best – eating, gabbing, laughing. It was a gorgeous Sunday summer night spend outside with the ones I love and I will always cherish that time together, knowing we were all gathered and sharing pure joy while celebrating this little life inside of me♥
The gorgeous decorations:
The fun {and delicious!} “stadium” food:
The amazing cake:
The fabulously sweet friends:
{Yes, even Maggie Davis wearing her life jacket is a fabulous friend!}
The sweet and beautiful hostesses!
Stephanie {on the left} was the creative force behind the cake masterpiece – we’re all trying to convince her to quit her boring day job as a pharmacist and become a baker extraordinaire ;)
Ginny {on the right} went over the top hosting this shower at her house, planning, making decorations, sending invites, cooking… phew! - the list goes on and on.
I truly love these girls to pieces as well as the friends that graced us with their presence that night. I am so blessed to be surrounded by these hearts of gold and hope that one day they rub off on me!
Of course, no shower re-cap would be complete without the BUMP!:
